Special Meaning songs to play on your wedding day

Hello everyone,

Its the week end finally! I have been looking forward to the chance to curl up on my couch with my laptop on my knees and a hot cup of tea. 

During the week i got a phone call from Louis our wedding videographer from Christodoulou Photography; It is exiting to know that the video is getting put together and that i will soon be curling up on the couch getting ready to relive our special day.

Anyway Louis asked me to make a list of a few songs that will play on the video, he specified that the chosen songs should be songs that have special meaning to us to make the video extra special. I thought it would be fun to share our chosen list with you, so here it goes:

ShaniaTwain - From This Moment On 

This has been a personal favorite for many many years and gets to me every time. Lyrics are spot on for a wedding occasion.

Bruno Mars -Just The Way You Are

Everyone want to be loved just the way they are. When you finally find that one person who loves you just the way you are, this is the song that sounds in your head.

Bruno Mars - Marry You  

Fun wedding bell song that makes me smile and want to get up and dance. 

Nickelback - Never Gonna BeAlone

This song is my soundtrack for falling in love!

Monica - For You I Will

This was our first dance song on our wedding day. This has also been our song from day one when we first met.

Lifehouse - You And Me

Great Song - Love every lyric and an acoustic guitar.

Céline Dion - That's The Way It Is

Get Chills at the beginning of this song. Love comes to those who believe it; And that's the way it is!

Celine Dion- Because You Loved Me lyrics

Believe it or not, this is one of my hubbies favorite songs. Big Celine fan ;) 

Mariah Carey- #Beautiful ft. Miguel

Could easily get up and do the sexy dance to this song.

Mariah Carey- Always Be My Baby 

Always Be My Favorite no mater how many years go by. 

 

Whitney Houston- I Wanna Dance With Somebody

Another fun song.

Describes exactly how i felt when we fell in love.
